Work Order Notifications — SMS Program
Program Overview
Vanguard Resources operates an SMS notification service that delivers work order status updates to authorized Vanguard staff and to designated facility contacts at Vanguard client facilities (hospitals, senior living communities, and other client buildings). Enrolled recipients receive automated, transactional text messages when work orders relevant to them are created, completed, and (optionally) followed up with a brief satisfaction check.
This form’s sole purpose is opting in to receive work-order SMS notifications.
Vanguard Resources does not condition any service, work order fulfillment, contract, employment, or business relationship on submitting this form or on consenting to receive SMS. Facility work orders will be fulfilled and communicated via alternative channels (email, phone) whether or not you enroll in SMS notifications.
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages from Vanguard Resources, simply do not submit this form. Nothing else about your relationship with Vanguard is affected.
Who May Enroll
- Vanguard Resources employees who dispatch, execute, or manage work orders (technicians, supervisors, dispatchers, operations staff)
- Named facility contacts at Vanguard client facilities who are authorized by their organization to receive work-order updates for that facility
This service is not open to individual patients, hotel guests, or other end-consumers of Vanguard client facilities. Enrollment requests from consumers outside the authorized populations above will be declined.
Request Enrollment
Submitting this form requests enrollment in the Work Order Notifications SMS program. Vanguard operations reviews every request. No SMS messages are sent to your number until enrollment is explicitly confirmed.

Every message from this service follows one of these patterns:
The service does not send unsolicited or promotional messages. Every text is triggered by a specific work-order event on a facility or assignment associated with the recipient.
Required Disclosures
Message frequency. Facility contacts typically receive one to five messages per week, depending on work-order activity at their facility. Vanguard dispatchers and technicians may receive substantially more. The service does not send messages outside of work-order events.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Third-party sharing. Vanguard does not share your mobile phone number with third parties. Your number is used solely to operate this notification service.
HELP and STOP. Reply HELP at any time for a summary of the service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out — all messages stop immediately and your number is removed from the active recipients list.
Stopping Messages
You may opt out of the service at any time by replying STOP to any message. Your number is removed immediately and you will receive no further work-order notifications. You may also contact the program owner below to request removal.
